Committees of the Coalition.

The Coalition relies on both the financial commitments and active participation of its members and sponsors to promote Bay-Friendly sustainable landscaping & gardening practices. Members are encouraged to share their skills and expertise to further the mission of the Coalition. The committees listed below meet regularly to address their specific charge and comprise of members representing agencies and organizations throughout the Bay Area.

Committees are open to all Coalition members, but please contact Michelle LeBeau before attending your first meeting to obtain more specific meeting information.

Steering Committee

Oversees day-to-day operations and provides guidance to committees and paid staff/consultants.

Membership Committee

Recruits annual members and sponsors, updates membership packages and oversees membership tracking.

Fundraising Committee

Strategically plans and implements fundraising for the Coalition; oversees grant applications, works closely with Membership and Steering Committees.
