Rick Martens earned his Horticulture degree in 1988 from Las Positas College in Livermore, CA. He is a Certified Landscape Technician (CLT) in Landscape Construction & Irrigation. Rick is member of the APLD (Association of Professional Landscape Designers) and the CLCA (California Landscape Contractors Association) East Bay Chapter where he was president in 2003 & 2004. Past member of the Niles Rotary in Fremont and current President of the Buon Tempo Club of Castro Valley, an Italian Club that promotes Italian heritage and provides scholarships for high school students of Italian decent.
