Serpico Landscaping, Inc. is an established and growing company in the Green Industry seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Division Manager to join our management team. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for leading the Landscape Maintenance Division in achieving and surpassing sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives. The focus will be on providing training, resources, and guidance to Branches to help them deliver sales and quality services to the customer.
Key Responsibilities:
• Finance — Establish and implement Division Budget, review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
• Administration and Management — Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. Establish and implement Division goals and objectives. Implement policies & procedures.
• Customer Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing excellent customer services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, conflict resolution & negotiation, and customer retention.
• Sales and Marketing — Knowledge of principles and methods for determining, promoting, and selling products and services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration,
sales techniques, and sales control systems.
• Personnel and Human Resources — Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, and employee relations/conflict resolution.
• Leadership and Coaching — identifying the developmental needs of others and coaching, mentoring, or otherwise helping others to improve their knowledge or skills. Encouraging and building cooperation among team members.
• Updating and Using Relevant Knowledge — Keeping up-to-date technically and applying new knowledge to your job.
